A. All patients require an appointment. We are unable to accept walk-ins, however me make every effort to accommodate your need for an appointment in a timely fashion in the event of an urgent matter.
Q. Do you take patients who are uninsured?
A. We do accept uninsured patients however we do not provide free services. The services for uninsured patients are provided at a discount.

Q. How can I find out if the office is closed due to bad weather?
A. In the event that we need to close due to bad weather, we will make every attempt to call all patients on the schedule. Our closings will also be posted through all of our social media sites as well as our website.
Q. What is a Wellness exam?
A. An annual wellness visit provides an excellent opportunity to counsel patients about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and minimizing health risks. The annual health assessment should include screening, evaluation and counseling, and immunizations based on age and risk factors. The performance of a physical examination is a key part of an annual visit, and the components of that examination may vary depending on the patient’s age, risk factors, and physician preference. Many, but not all, women will have a pelvic examination and a clinical breast examination as a part of the physical examination.

Q. How can I get a prescription filled?
A. Prescriptions are provided at the time of your appointment. Calls for routine prescriptions will not be taken after hours by the answering service. If a prior authorization is required please allow a minimum of 3 business days to process. We will not provide a re-fill of prescriptions from other health care providers. If you are in need of a refill and have not had an appointment within the past year, you will need to schedule an appointment at which time your prescription will be renewed.
